Zero Tolerance Policy

The use, possession, distribution, or sale of controlled substances or alcohol is strictly prohibited, while on the bus this includes smoking and vaping.

Despite the TEA-21 federal law that forbids open containers in a motor vehicle, there's no specific federal regulation banning passengers from drinking on mini buses, charter buses, or other commercial vehicles.

Passengers Must:

Respect the Driver and Other Passengers: Keep noise to a reasonable level and avoid behaviors that might distract the driver or inconvenience fellow passengers.

Maintain Cleanliness: Be mindful of your surroundings. Avoid making a mess and be ready to clean up any accidental spills promptly. Keeping the bus clean is not only considerate but may also save you from additional cleaning fees.

(Cleaning Fee is $250.00)

Handle Trash Responsibly: Dispose of all waste properly. Consider bringing bags for trash and recycling to keep the bus tidy.

Check Your Belongings Before Departing: After your journey, double-check to ensure you haven’t left any personal items behind on the bus.
